Cixi Forewell Electronics Co., Ltd., founded in 2010, is a high-tech manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of alkaline batteries, carbon-zinc batteries, and rechargeable batteries, including Ni-MH, Li-ion, Li-polymer, and Ni-CD.

Strong production capacity
We have two factories--one located in Huizhou, Guangdong (Pingxinqing High-Tech Development Zone) and the other in Cixi, Ningbo, Zhejiang. We operate a total of 12 high-speed automated production lines. Our facilities span over 8,000 square meters of factory space and 2,000 square meters of warehouse space, supported by a skilled workforce of more than 60 experienced workers.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a team of 8 quality and technical staff, led by a Technical Director. Their main responsibilities include: Testing raw materials such as zinc, manganese dioxide, and steel casings. Ensuring the implementation of process formulations. Monitoring production processes. Conducting performance testing of batteries. Tracking the leakage rate after storage and monitoring shelf life. They ensure that each battery has strict data records before being shipped to customers.

Raw material Inspection: Test zinc, MnO2, steel casings, etc., against specifications. Reject non-compliant batches and maintain supplier records. Production Control: Monitor process parameters (e.g., mixing and assembly). Document deviations and implement immediate corrections.
